Channel Desk is a private analytics tool operated by Richard Graham for reviewing social media accounts he owns or is authorised to manage. It is not a public subscription service.

Authorised use

Connect only accounts you own or have permission to manage. Grant only the platform permissions needed for the configured analytics features. Keep application login credentials, platform tokens, encryption keys and backups private.

Analytics and exports

Channel Desk retrieves the data made available by each connected platform. Figures may be delayed, incomplete, withheld or revised. Lifetime totals and selected-period metrics measure different things; use the labels and reporting dates when interpreting results. Channel Desk does not guarantee audience growth, revenue or any particular outcome.

Platform requirements

Use remains subject to each platform's applicable terms, developer rules and granted permissions. Platforms may change or discontinue access. Channel Desk's authorisation can be revoked through the relevant platform.

Availability and data control

This private tool may be updated or unavailable during maintenance. The owner manages its storage, backups, account connections and exports. Read the Privacy Policy for information about data handling.
